Personality Research Lab

The Personality Research Lab has received funding from grants or contracts from the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), Qualcomm, and the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI).

The research in this lab focuses on several topics. First, our research examines personality and other individual difference characteristics as predictors of a variety of workplace outcomes. Second, our research investigates person-centered relationships among cognitive and personality dimensions as predictors of performance outcomes.
